Quality Control
The reality is multiple applications are common, where potential clients might apply to numerous attorneys simultaneously, diluting the exclusivity and urgency of each leads. Clients also have submission regret, and deny ever submitting their information.
The internet is increasingly flooded with bot-generated inquiries. These automated submissions mimic genuine interest but lead to futile efforts and wasted resources. Company also hire people to be "form fillers". We have had to create random call routing IVR's to just combat phone number bots.
Lastly, the prevalence of incorrect information is also concern. Inaccurate or misleading details in lead submissions, whether intentional or accidental (Typo's, old prepopulated information), hinder the efficiency of the screening process, leading to need for verifications.
Lead Generation methods
Diversifying the sources of our leads is a strategic approach to maximize reach and effectiveness. By utilizing various platforms such as Google Forms, Facebook Forms, dedicated Landing Pages, and Opt-In forms, we cater to different online behaviors and preferences. Google Forms and Facebook Forms allow us to tap into the vast user bases of these platforms, reaching potential clients where they are most active. Custom Landing Pages are designed for specific target audiences, providing tailored content that resonates with potential clients' needs. Opt-In forms on various online touchpoints ensure we capture leads actively seeking legal advice. This multi-channel approach not only broadens our reach but also enhances the quality and relevance of the leads we generate
Compliance
We strive to keep in full compliance using the following TCPA language base on all our pages/forms. Adjustments can be requested.

We are also fully aware of the FCC law that was passed on Dec 13th 2023. We are implementing steps to ensure compliance when/if (There is puch back delaying, and potentially reversing some wording in this law) this law goes into effect in 2025. This including being able to dynamically insert your firms name into the TCPA language ensuring one on one consent.
We know the pricing you have seen, or been a part of and the arduous task of tracking each lead, the call disposition, determining if it should be returned, applying for returns, tracking returns, and etc, and etc. So we are not going to charge $150-750+ for our leads. A simple flat rate of $30 each, and a no return policy (Remember, all leads are called to ensure active phone numbers). We have found the ROI works out great for our buyers, and erases the lead return hassles.
